Dense fog developed overnight and reduced visibilities to 1/8 to 1/4 mile in the counties near Lake Michigan. Several airplane flights were delayed. The dense fog resulted from the combination of a clear sky, and a light southeast wind that brought moisture in from Lake Michigan.

WILL BE AIDED BY SEVERAL SPOKES OF ENERGY ROTATING AROUND LOW IN
COMBINATION WITH CORE OF -16C TEMPERATURES AT 500 MILLIBARS.
NGM/NAM/GFS PROGS ALL NOW SHOWING INFLUENCE OF BARRY ON THIS UPPER
LOW BY RETARDING EASTWARD PROGRESSION OF SYSTEM BY SEVERAL HOURS.

HEADING INTO EASTERN GREAT LAKES REGION AFTER 00Z TUESDAY. WITH
