3 hail, 2 thunderstorm wind, 1 flash flood. Local standard time, as filed.
Several inches of rain fell in a two hour period that sent Rock Creek over its bank flooding the five points area and stranding several motorists in their vehicles. One had to be rescued that was trapped in his car.
