AREA. HIGH WIND WARNING IS IN EFFECT. IN ADDITION...A MIXTURE OF RAIN
OR SNOW IS EXPECTED TODAY WHEN THE BACK EDGE OF THE STORM SLIDES
OVERHEAD. SNOW MAY REACH UP TO ONE INCH...HOWEVER...ALL THE SNOWFALL
