DRIER AIR WILL THEN MOVE INTO THE REGION OVER THE WEEKEND FOR AN END
TO THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY BY MONDAY.

Outflow winds from a line of thunderstorms picked up dust and ash from a recent burn area south of Interstate 80 which caused visibility to drop to near zero near the Beowawe ramps. This led to 2 auto accidents sending 1 person to the hospital with moderate head injuries.
