.SYNOPSIS...OCCASIONALLY WET TRADE WINDS THRU SATURDAY BUT
 TRANSITIONING DRIER THRU THE REST OF LABOR DAY WEEK END.

&&

.DISCUSSION...THE TRADE WIND PATTERN MAINTAINED BY THE USUAL HIGH
 PRESSURE RIDGE TO OUR NORTH IS TURNING WETTER THAN USUAL DUE TO AN
 UNSTABLE UPPER LEVEL LOW MOVING CLOSE TO THE ISLANDS. THE LOW NOW
 WITHIN 100 MILES NORTH OF OAHU AND MOVING TOWARD THE SOUTHWEST AT
 10 MPH IS EXPECTED TO HAVE AN ENHANCING INFLUENCE ON THE INCOMING
 TRADE WIND SHOWERS THRU TOMORROW AND SLOWLY EASING OFF ON SUNDAY
 AND MONDAY WITH IMPROVING CONDITIONS BEGINNING OVER THE BIG ISLAND
 SUNDAY WITH STABLE CONDITIONS SPREADING TO ALL ISLANDS BY
 WEDNESDAY...THE LOW ALOFT SHOULD BE REPLACED BY STABLE MID LEVEL
 RIDGING BY THEN.

 TRADE WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO STAY PRETTY MUCH NEAR THEIR NORMAL
 INTENSITY AS SURFACE RIDGING TO THE NORTH IS EXPECTED TO REMAIN
 FIRMLY IMPLANTED THERE WITH NO SUBSTANTIAL HIGH CELLS PROJECTED
 TO STRENGTHEN IT. ANY STRENGTHENING OF THE WINDS SHOULD BE SHORT
 LIVED AND SLIGHT AS MENTIONED EARLIER.
