OF THE TEXAS AND OKLAHOMA PANHANDLES TO A WINTER STORM WARNING AND
EXTENDED THE EXPIRATION TIME TO 9 AM. MANY PLACES IN AMARILLO ALREADY
REPORTING 2 INCHES OF SNOW IN ABOUT AN HOUR AND BAND OF SNOW
RUNNING FROM SOUTHWEST TO NORTHEAST ACROSS THE AREA LOOKS TO HOLD
STEADY CONTINUING TO ADD TO THAT TOTAL. TXDOT WEBCAMS SHOW ROAD
CONDITIONS ARE DETERIORATING ALTHOUGH I-40 APPEARS TO STILL BE
