.TODAY AND TONIGHT...AN UPPER LEVEL TROUGH WEST NORTHWEST OF THE
LOCAL ISLANDS WILL CONTINUE TO CREATE UNSTABLE CONDITIONS ACROSS THE
LOCAL AREA. THIS FEATURE... COMBINED WITH AMPLE MOISTURE LEFT IN THE
WAKE OF A TROPICAL WAVE WHICH PASSED THE LOCAL AREA YESTERDAY TO
ENHANCE SHOWER ACTIVITY ACROSS THE LOCAL AREA. A FLASH FLOOD WATCH
IS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON TODAY. FOR THIS AFTERNOON...MOISTURE WILL
CONTINUE TO LINGER ACROSS THE LOCAL AREA..AND HELP FOR DIURNAL
SHOWERS TO FORM....ESPECIALLY ACROSS PARTS OF NORTH CENTRAL AND
NORTHWEST PUERTO RICO. AREAS OF URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOODING WILL
