HUMIDITIES HAVE RESULTED IN A RED FLAG WARNING THIS AFTERNOON.
WINDS WILL DROP OFF AFTER SUNSET AND TEMPERATURES WILL COOL WITH
RELATIVE HUMIDITIES INCREASING.  BY LATE TONIGHT...ENOUGH ELEVATED
