A 14 inch diameter elm tree was snapped off near ground level by the strong wind. The tree was located near the west edge of the Manvel golf course.

Several 4 to 6 inch diameter tree branches were snapped off by the strong wind. A North Dakota DOT mesonet sensor about 1 mile south of this area (on Interstate 29) reported peak winds of 53 mph from 2112 to 2116 CST.
