A Complex Weather Pattern with Moist Zonal Flow and Strong Jet Spread Snow and Strong Winds Across Parts of Southwest Idaho and Southeast Oregon on the 14th and 15th. The West Central and Boise Mountains Zones Along with the Camas Prairie, Twin Falls County and Baker County in Oregon Received Heavy Snow and Strong Winds Causing Blowing and Drifting Conditions.
