MAINTAINS A DEPTH AROUND 2000 FOOT MARINE LAYER AND 30 MPH WINDS
THROUGH THE DELTA AND 10 TO 15 MPH ELSEWHERE. WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO
DIMINISH LATER THIS EVENING AS THE GRADIENT RELAXES AND SURFACE
