Supercell thunderstorms developed rapidly over eastern Pennington County and moved into Haakon County. These storms produced hail to the size of golf balls as they moved over northeastern Pennington County and into western parts of Haakon County. As the storms began to weaken, outflow winds up to 70 mph damaged buildings in the Billsburg area.
