Scattered to numerous showers developed along the north central sections from Droado west to Vega Baja, drenching parts of this area with 3 to 5 inches of rainfall. Flooding of low lying areas, roads and stream was reported in Dorado and Vega Alta. Roads 2 and 690 at Barrio Bajuras, and road 694 at sector Monterey of Vega Alta were reported impassable. In Dorado, Barrios Maguayo, Santa Rosa and Espinosa were affected by flooding.
