On the Monongahela River, Charleroi rose above its 28 ft flood stage at 1 AM on the 7th, crested at 30.2 ft at 7 AM on the 7th, and fell below flood stage at 10 PM on the 7th. Elizabeth rose above its 20 ft flood stage at 2 AM on the 7th, crested at 21.3 ft at 11 AM, and fell below flood stage at 10 PM on the 7th.
