Heavy snow developed overnight in the warning area...but reports did not arrive until the following morning. Upon reciept of the first reports, a Winter Storm Warning was issued for Oregon zones ORZ030/031 at 0741 PDT and cancelled at 1430 PDT. The warning verified, but with zero lead time.
