THE RAIN WILL BE HEAVY AT TIMES...ESPECIALLY OVER THE HIGHER ELEVATIONS OF GILA COUNTY...THE MOGOLLON RIM...AND THE WHITE MOUNTAINS. IN ADDITION TO THE RAIN...LOCALLY WINDY CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED ACROSS THE REGION AS A COLD FRONT APPROACHES FROM THE WEST.
