THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS.

.DAY ONE...TODAY
THERE IS A SLIGHT RISK OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS THIS AFTERNOON AND
TONIGHT. AN UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE WILL MOVE SOUTHEAST ACROSS
NORTHWEST TEXAS THIS MORNING MOVING INTO NORTHERN PORTIONS OF SOUTH
CENTRAL TEXAS THIS AFTERNOON.  SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS MAY DEVELOP AS
A RESULT AND A FEW OF THESE STORMS MAY BECOME SEVERE...IF LOW LEVEL
CONDITIONS DESTABILIZE AGAIN. MAIN THREATS ARE FROM LARGE HAIL AND
DAMAGING WINDS BUT AN ISOLATED TORNADO CANNOT BE RULED OUT.

OTHER STORMS MAY MOVE SOUTHWARD INTO SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS SUNDAY IN AN
INCREASINGLY NORTH FLOW ALOFT WITH MORE POTENTIAL SEVERE WEATHER
AND HEAVY RAINS.  ISOLATED STRONG TO SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS ARE
POSSIBLE MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY.

Thunderstorms began forming in South Central Texas late on the night of June 14 spread slowly westward. Storms began in Gillespie County near 0100CST with the general 1 to 2 inch amounts over the northern part of the county. The highest accumulations were between Fredericksburg and Doss, where isolated totals were near 6 inches. Flash flooding developed near 0100CST and ended near 0300CST.

The Kerrville Fire Department reported that severe thunderstorm winds blew down several trees and a many large limbs in the Kerrville area.
