WITH THIS IN MIND, THE ETA IS MUCH SLOWER IN BRINGING IN TROPICAL MOISTURE FROM BILL. THE 84 HR PANEL VALID WEDNESDAY EVENING HAS BILL OVER THE TN VALLEY WITH ITS MOISTURE AXIS TRAILING SOUTHWEST TO LA.
