A cold westerly flow resulted in lake effect snow bands off Lakes Erie and Ontario. Marginal warning amounts were observed, mainly over the higher elevations of southern Erie, southern Wyoming, northern Chautauqua, northern Cattaraugus, and Oswego counties.
