A line of severe thunderstorms knocked down several trees and wires throughout Camden County. On the property of Camden Catholic High School in Camden, the winds broke about 100 of the school's windows in addition to uprooting trees. Public Service Electric and Gas reported about 13,000 of its customers lost power that evening in their service area from Gloucester County northeast through Burlington County. The worst reported outages in Camden County were in Collingswood Borough and Cherry Hill Township.
