Heavy snow fell across northeastern Minnesota. Light snow started Saturday afternoon, the 22nd, and accumulated a couple inches, then the heaviest snow fell Sunday, the 23rd. The heaviest snow band of over 10 inches was in a 60 mile-wide band centered on a Brainerd to Crane Lake line. Some specific amounts include 15 inches at both Lake Kabetogama and Crane Lake and 13 inches at Brainerd and Coleraine. Duluth had 9 inches.
