SUMMARY...SOME CLEARING IS SPREADING FROM KAUAI EASTWARD TOWARD OAHU
AT THIS TIME. OTHERWISE RAINFALL AND SHOWERS ARE PRESENT THROUGHOUT
THE STATE ALONG WINDWARD SLOPES IN PARTICULAR. THE BIG ISLAND IS
NOW GETTING THE HEAVIEST RAIN AFTER OAHU AND MAUI COUNTY HAD SOME
SOAKING RAINS EARLIER TODAY. MORE NORMAL TRADE WIND WEATHER IS
EXPECTED FOR TOMORROW WITH SUNDAY LIKELY TO FEATURE FINE WEATHER
STATEWIDE.

DISCUSSION...THE FRONT OR SHEARLINE HAS MOVED INTO THE BIG ISLAND
AND SHOWERS ARE PRESENT THROUGHOUT THE ISLAND. SHOWERS ARE STILL
MOVING FROM SOUTHWESTERLY DIRECTIONS ALONG THE KAU SHORE WHILE
NORTHERLY FLOW IS PREVAILING ELSEWHERE ON THE BIG ISLAND. SOME
CLEARING HAS TAKEN PLACE OVER KAUAI. HOWEVER THE CLEARING OVER THE
REST OF THE CHAIN WILL BE SLOW. BY TOMORROW WE SHOULD SEE SOME
SUNSHINE IN MOST AREAS AND SUNDAY PROMISES TO BE MOSTLY SUNNY AND
PLEASANT. MORE FINE TRADE WIND WEATHER EXPECTED NEXT WEEK AFTER A
WEAK FRONT MOVES INTO OUR AREA ON MONDAY. ROSENDAL
