DISCUSSION...REMNANT FAY CIRCULATION LOCATED ACROSS LRD THIS
AFTERNOON AS EVIDENT IN SATELLITE AND REFLECTIVITY IMAGES.  EXPECT
THIS CENTER TO CONTINUE TO ROTATE OVER THE RIO GRANDE VALLEY TONIGHT
WITH ANOTHER SWATH OF CONVECTION TO DEVELOP OVER THE WEST AND
CENTRAL CWA..AND LATER INFLUENCE THE EASTERN CWA LATE TONIGHT INTO
EARLY TUESDAY MORNING.  AREA OF GREATEST CONCERN FOR RAINFALL
DEVELOPMENT WILL BE WEST OF A LINE FROM JIM WELLS TO LIVE OAK
COUNTIES.  FLASH FLOOD WATCH IS IN EFFECT FOR THE ENTIRE CWA AS VERY
HEAVY RAINFALL OCCURRED ACROSS POINTS EAST OF THIS LINE THIS
MORNING.  HOWEVER..A GRADUAL DECREASE IN RAINFALL POTENTIAL TUESDAY
THROUGH THE REMAINDER OF THIS WEEK AS A NORTHEAST GRADIENT CONTINUES
TO DEVELOP OVER TEH REGION..IN ASSOCIATION WITH LOW PRESSURE IN THE
GULF AND A WEAK SFC TROF SLIPPING SOUTHWARD OVER THE AREA..THUS
LIMITING SUBSTANTIAL INFLOW TO DEVELOPING CONVECTION.  ANOTHER
DISTURBANCE IS EXPECTED TO AFFECT THE AREA SUNDAY/MONDAY AND WILL
INCLUDE THE NEXT MENTION OF ISOLATED CONVECTION WITH THIS FEATURE.

MARINE...SEAS RUNNING 5 TO 6 FEET THIS AFTERNOON WITH A EAST TO
NORTHEAST WIND.  EXPECT SEAS TO INCREASE OVERNIGHT...SO WILL ISSUE
AN SCA FOR THE OFFSHORE AND NEARSHORE WATERS.  ALSO EXPECT ANOTHER
ROUND OF SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS TO PIVOT THROUGH THE
MARINE ZONES IN CONNECTION WITH THE REMNANTS OF FAY TONIGHT AND
TUESDAY.  DRIER AIR WILL FILTER IN ON WEDNESDAY...AND PWATS WILL
FALL BELOW 2 IN.  EXPECT DRY CONDITIONS FROM THURSDAY THROUGH
SATURDAY WITH NO FLAGS.
