CENTER OF FAY CURRENTLY LOCATED JUST TO THE NORTH OF COTULLA.  WV
LOOP SHOWING UPR LOW WOBBLING EAST AS SPOKES OF VORTICITY ROTATE
AROUND THE BASE OF THE LOW.  AVN/MESO-ETA IN AGREEMENT WITH
DEVELOPING HIGH OMEGA VALUES AFTER MIDNIGHT TONIGHT UNDER PVA.
CONCERN IS THAT CORE RAINS NEAR THE SFC LOW WILL DEVELOP TONIGHT AND
DIFFLUENCE ALOFT OVER THE E CWA COMBINED WITH LOW LEVEL CONFLUENCE
PATTERN WILL DEVELOP A GOOD BANDING PATERN OVER THE E CWA SIMILAR TO
WHAT OCCURRED LAST NIGHT.  PLEASE SEE FFSCRP FOR MORE INFO.

FOR THE UPDATE WILL MAKE SOME MINOR CHANGES TO THE POPS AND WINDS.
WILL KNOCK LRD POP DOWN AS DRY SUBSIDENT FLOW OFF SIERRA IS
INHIBITING CONVECTION.

MARINE...WILL INCREASE WINDS MAINLY OFFSHORE FOR TONIGHT AS WINDS
GOING GOOD AND STRONG.  WILL MAKE A FEW OTHER COSMETIC CHANGES
OTHERWISE NOTHING ELSE DONE.
