THE WATCH AREA SINCE GROUND IS STILL SUPER-SATURATED FROM PRIOR
DOWNPOURS.  RADAR SHOWS 2 TO 4 INCH TOTALS MOVING NORTHWARD FROM
NORTH OF US90 AND WEST OF IH35 OVER THE HILL COUNTRY.  STILL SEVERAL
FLASH FLOOD WARNINGS OUT UNTIL EARLY AFTERNOON FOR HILL COUNTRY
COUNTIES AND MAY BE A WHILE BEFORE RUNOFF IS THROUGH.
