TUESDAY. UPPER DISTURBANCES ALONG TROUGH AXIS HELPING DEVELOP
CONVECTION ALONG LOWER COAST AND MOVING NORTH TOWARD SOUTH CENTRAL
TEXAS.  AVN HINTS THIS DISTURBANCE WILL MOVE INTO SOUTH CENTRAL
TEXAS TONIGHT WITH FURTHER DEVELOPMENT LIKELY.  MOST AREAS EAST OF
I35 ARE SATURATED SO RAPID RUNOFF EXPECTED.  TRAINING OF CONVECTION
ALSO A THREAT.
