LATER TDA. AS A RESULT...THE CORRESPONDING SURFACE LOW WILL MOVE
ACROSS THE CWFA. VERTICAL MIXING OF STG WIND ALOFT AHEAD OF THE SFC
LOW WILL RESULT IN CONTINUED WINDY CONDITIONS OVER THE ERN CWFA
EARLY THIS MORNING. CONVECTION TO END BY THIS AFTN OWING TO SYNOPTIC
SCALE DESCENT/DRYING. WEST WINDS ALOFT/DRY AIR WILL CONTRIBUTE TO
WARM TEMPERATURES THIS AFTN. AS THE FOREGOING UPPER SYSTEM MOVES
EAST...A SFC FRONT IS PROGD TO ENTER THE CWFA BY TUESDAY. NO PCPN
EXPECTED WITH THIS FRONT OWING IN PART TO INSUFFICIENT MSTR.
