GENERALLY FOLLOWED THE ETA FOR THE EXPECTED RAINFALL PATTERN FROM THUNDERSTORMS FORECAST FOR TODAY AND EARLY THIS EVENING IN THE CWA. BEST POPS FOR THIS EVENING WILL BE CENTERED IN THE WESTERN CWA AND DIMINISH TO LESS THEN 20 PERCENT IN IDA AND BUENA VISTA COUNTIES OF NORTHWEST IOWA. SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS DEVELOPED AFTER 07Z IN SOUTHEAST SD...AND SHOULD MOVE RAPIDLY NORTH. ADDITIONAL SCATTERED THUNDERSTORM DEVELOPMENT IS EXPECTED DURING THE COURSE OF THE DAY. THE AREA DRIES OUT BY EARLY EVENING. EARLIER FORECAST HAD INCLUDED A CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS IN THE NORTHWEST CWA LATE SATURDAY NIGHT...BUT DROPPED THAT AND ONLY INCLUDED POPS FOR SUNDAY AS NEXT WAVE COMES THROUGH THE AREA.
