VORT MAX SWINGING ACROSS SOUTHERN PART OF CWA THIS
AFTERNOON...CAUSING A CLUSTER OF SHRA/TSRA TO DEVELOP AND MOVE EAST.
ALL MODELS PICK UP ON THIS FEATURE AND HAVE IT PRODUCING WEATHER
INTO THIS EVENING. WILL GO 30 POPS ACROSS SOUTHERN TIER THROUGH
MIDNIGHT THEN CLEARING AFTER THAT. FCST SOUNDINGS INDICATE ITS
SHOULD STAY WELL BELOW SEVERE THRESHOLDS. A COUPLE OF LIGHT SHOWERS
ACROSS THE NORTH WHERE SURFACE HEATING HAS INCREASED INSTABILITY.
THESE SHOULD STAY WIDELY ISOLATED AND DIMINISH AFTER SUNSET.

AVN HAS GONE BACK TO SOLUTION FROM 2 DAYS AGO AND BUILDS H500 MB
RIDGE INTO CENTRAL PENNSYLVANIA BY THURSDAY MORNING...KEEPING WEAK
LOW SUPPRESSED TO SOUTH. ETA SIMILAR BUT SLIGHTLY WETTER. FOLLOWED
AVN SOLUTION OF RISING HEIGHTS AND DRY CONDITIONS THROUGH FRIDAY.

AFTER FRIDAY...WERE CAUGHT IN A SQUEEZE PLAY AS RIDGE OVERHEAD AND
WEAK LOW TO SOUTH AND WEAK COLD FRONT ACROSS LOWER GREAT LAKES. KEPT
SATURDAY DRY. SUN-TUES CHANCE SHRA/TSRA AS RIDGE GETS SLOWLY ERODED
FROM NW BY WEAK SHORT WAVES.
