Thunderstorms dumped over an inch and a half of rain in a very short period of time. Numerous small streams and creeks left their banks forcing the closure of many roads. Several roads were washed out near Saegertown and to the south of Meadville. Street flooding occurred in Meadville with water on some roadways over two feet in depth. First floor flooding occurred in several homes near Saegertown.
