WINDS ARE ALREADY BEGINNING TO INCREASE IN RESPONSE TO ITS APPROACH AND EXPECT BASIN AND FOOTHILLS LOCATIONS ESPECIALLY TO SEE WINDS REACH 25 TO 35 MPH.
