OF HIGH PRESSURE DRIFTED EAST OF THE AREA. HOT TEMPERATURES WILL
CONTINUE FOR ONE MORE DAY BEFORE THE HIGH PRESSURE SHIFTS EAST AND A
WEAK MARINE PUSH BRINGS SOME RELIEF FROM THE HEAT SUNDAY.
LATEST WATER VAPOR SATELLITE IMAGERY SHOWS AN AREA OF MOISTURE
ROTATING AROUND AN UPPER LEVEL RIDGE FROM NEVADA INTO SOUTH CENTRAL
AND EASTERN OREGON. A LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS DEVELOPED OVER GRANT
COUNTY THIS EVENING AND MOVED INTO SOUTHERN UMATILLA COUNTY. SOME
STORMS OVER SOUTH CENTRAL OREGON HAVE MOVED NORTH INTO DESCHUTES
COUNTY. LIGHTNING STRIKES HAVE DIMINISHED...BUT NOT STOPPED. BLOWOFF
CLOUDS FROM THE STORMS HAVE INCREASED THE CLOUD COVER IN OREGON. THE
STORMS WILL DIMINISH LATER TONIGHT. ON SATURDAY ANOTHER STRONGER...
MORE UNSTABLE AND MOIST DISTURBANCE WILL PASS THROUGH THE EASTERN
OREGON AND WASHINGTON AND CREATE AFTERNOON THUNDERSTORMS.
THE CLOUD COVER WILL INHIBIT THE TEMPERATURES SO TEMPERATURES WILL
