DAYS. WARM FRONT HAS MOVED ACROSS REGION OVERNIGHT WITH SOUTHERLY
FOEHN DOWNSLOPE WINDS EXPECTED TO WARM TEMPERATURES TODAY. EXPECT
SURFACE PRESSURE GRADIENTS TO TIGHTEN TODAY...ESPECIALLY IN THE
GRANDE RONDE VALLEY. A HIGH WIND WARNING IS IN EFFECT FOR THE GRANDE
