ANOTHER THROUGH NW MN COUNTIES. CURRENT MSAS SURFACE ANALYSIS SHOWS
FRONT EXTENDING THROUGH RED RIVER VALLEY. WHEN COMPARING MSAS DATA
TO MODEL INITIALIZATIONS...ETA BEST MATCH. FRONT STALLS OVER E PARTS
OF AREA THIS AFTERNOON AS BEST MID AND UPPER LEVEL LIFT HOLDS S AND
W OF AREA AWAITING ARRIVAL OF 500MB AND 700MB TROFS. WITH MUCH OF
AREA UNDER SUBSIDENCE THROUGH THE AFTERNOON...WILL PUSH BACK TIMING
OF THUNDERSTORMS TO LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING. WILL ALSO
REMOVE SEVERE WORDING FOR ND SIDE OF AREA...BUT KEEP IT IN FOR MN
SIDE. WITH PRECIPITABLE WATERS STILL OVER 1.5 INCHES AND POTENTIAL
FOR TRAINING OF STORMS...WILL KEEP FLOOD WATCH FOR PARTS OF MN SIDE.
