TUE ON SHOULD EFFECTIVELY SHUT OFF ANY SUBSTANTIVE CHANCE OF
CONVECTION E. DRYLINE MAY WELL SHOW A NET SLIGHT TRANSLATION WESTWARD
ACROSS THE E PLAINS DURING THE TUE-THU PERIOD...BUT EXPECT IT TO BE
MORE DIFFUSE DUE LARGELY TO WEAK SUBSIDENCE WITH BUILDING RIDGE.
WITH THE NEVERENDING MARCH OF SHORT WAVES IN THE NW FLOW RETREATING
