.SYNOPSIS... DECREASING TEMPERATURES CAN BE EXPECTED THE NEXT FEW
DAYS AS THE HIGH PRESSURE RIDGE GRADUALLY SHIFTS EASTWARD.  THERE
WILL BE THE POSSIBILITY OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS THROUGH NEXT
WEEK.

.DISCUSSION... NOT PLANNING ANY BIG CHANGES FROM PREVIOUS ZONES.
UPPER RIDGE SLOWLY SHIFTS EAST WITH 500 MB 588 HEIGHT LINE MOVING TO
THE CENTER OF CWA BY LATE TUESDAY.  A WEST COAST TROUGH TRIES TO
DISLODGE THE RIDGE BUT APPEARS TO JUST FLATTEN OUT.  EXPECT TEMPS TO
SLOWLY FALL THE NEXT FEW DAYS BUT STAY WELL ABOVE NORMAL THROUGH NEXT
WEEK.

MOISTURE WILL CONTINUE TO FLOW UP AROUND WESTERN SIDE OF RIDGE WITH
BEST CHANCE OF STORMS BEING ACROSS HUMBOLDT AND WESTERN LANDER
COUNTIES THIS EVENING.  FAVORED AREA FOR PRECIP SHOULD SHIFT EAST AS
CENTER OF RIDGE DOES.

HAD NUMEROUS LIGHTNING FIRE STARTS YESTERDAY... EXPECT LIGHTNING TO
START ADDITIONAL STORMS THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING.  STORMS SLOW TO
GET STARTED BUT HAVE RECENT LIGHTNING STRIKES OVER SOUTHERN LANDER.
ATMOSPHERE STILL MOISTENING UP... 12Z LKN PW HAD INCREASED TO .69
INCH.  WILL LET RED FLAG WARNING CONTINUE.
