PORTION OF SOUTHERN MN AND PORTION OF WEST CENTRAL WI THRU TUESDAY
MORNING. ETA IS MODEL OF CHOICE FOR INTIAL 3 DAY FORECAST....AND MRF
ENSEMBLE FOR REMAINDER. INTIIAL PERIOD POPS WILL BE PEGGED TO POLAR
JET PLACEMENT AND SPECIFICALLY TO DIVERGENCE DEVELOPING UNDER RIGHT REAR
QUADRANT OF SAME. INITIAL DIVERGENCE MAX WILL OCCUR NOW UNTIL 03Z TIME
FRAME OVER FAR SOUTHERN MN...WITH SECONDARY MAX OCCURING AFTER 4/12Z
AND LASTING INTO THE LATE MORNING. PWATS INDICATE MOISTURE LEVELS OF
ABOUT TWO TENTHS TO ABOUT .35 INCHES FROM MSP SOUTH. WITH MOST FORCING
ASSOCIATED WITH FRONTAL BOUNDARY JUST TO SOUTH EXPECT MOST CONVECTIVE
ACTIVITY TO BE OF SCATTERED SHOWER VARIETY...WITH A FEW ISOLATED
THUNDERSTORMS IN THE MIX. RESIDUAL MOISTURE BEHIND BOUNDARY WILL CONTINUE
INTO TUESDAY AFTERNOON CWA WIDE...WITH 70H TROUGH PASSAGE BREAKING UP
CLOUD DECK ACROSS MN AND WESTERN WI BY LATE TUESDAY EVENING.

SUBSIDENCE ON WEDNESDAY WILL PROVE TO BE BEST CHANCE FOR PARTLY
CLOUDY/MOSTLY SUNNY CONDITIONS. UPPER LEVEL FLOW BECOMES MORE ZONAL
BY THURSDAY INSURING ANOTHER INFLUX OF MID TO HIGH BASED MOISTURE.
NEXT CHANCE FOR PRECIP SHOULD BE FRIDAY AS SPLIT SYSTEM DEVELOPS
OVER MINNESOTA...WITH BOUNDARY BECOMING STALLED BY SATURDAY OVER
