AIRMASS OVER MUCH OF WESTERN FORECAST AREA REMAINS QUITE UNSTABLE WITH CAPE OF 800-1200 J/KG AND GOOD DIRECTIONAL SHEAR. TSRA ARE EXPECTED TO REDEVELOP AND REGENERATE ALONG THE NOSE OF LOW LEVEL JET AXIS OVER THE EASTERN DAKOTAS. THE JET AND STRONG INSTABLITY GRADIENT IS FORECAST TO SLIDE OVER EASTERN MINNESOTA BY THURSDAY MORNING. THE OTHER CONCERN TONIGHT...IS TSRA COMPLEX OVER NORTH DAKOTA. SHORTWAVE TROUGH AND VORTMAX MAY AID THIS COMPLEX IN BECOMING DERECHO...STRONG WIND EVENT OVER WESTERN AND CENTRAL MN THURSDAY MORNING. WL CONTINUE TO MONITOR THE FLASH FLOOD POTENTIAL...RADAR PRECIP ESTIMATES HAVE BEEN LITTLE TOO HIGH. ONLY MINOR CHANGES TO THE PREVIOUS FORECAST. .MSP...NONE.
