LAYER EXTENDING TO 4300 FT...WITH DTX VAD WIND PROFILE SHOWING 35 TO
40 KTS OF WIND AT THIS LEVEL. MIXING IS THUS PROVIDING FOR THE
GUSTINESS SEEN IN SFC WIND REPORTS THIS MORNING. GUSTS HAVE
GENERALLY BEEN IN THE 35 TO 40 MPH RANGE...WITH THE HIGHER GUSTS
