MODELS IN REASONABLE AGREEMENT WITH PUSHING A SLOW MOVING COLD FRONT
ACROSS THE CWA LATE TONIGHT AND THURSDAY.  THERE WILL BE MUCH QPF
WITH THIS SYSTEM..INITIALLY WITH SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS TONIGHT
AHEAD OF THE FRONT IN EXTREMELY HIGH MOISTURE AND PRETTY GOOD
INSTABILITY.  AS SURFACE WAVE PASSES RIGHT THROUGH CWA EARLY
THURSDAY..IT WILL FINALLY PUSH FRONT ALL THE WAY THROUGH BY THURSDAY
EVENING. SHOWERY WEATHER WILL TURN TO A MORE STEADY RAIN BEHIND THE
FRONT WITH A FEW EMBEDDED THUNDERSTORMS ON THURSDAY...WITH RAIN
ENDING BY NOON IN THE WEST.  HAVE ELECTED TO ISSUE FLOOD WATCH FOR
ONLY THE FAR WESTERN AND NORTHERN AREAS UNTIL NOON THURSDAY AS THIS
ARE RECEIVED THE HEAVY RAIN YESTERDAY.  WILL LET MID SHIFT EVALUATE
FOR FURTHER EXPANSION AND TIMING OF WATCH.  HIGH PRESSURE FINALLY
BUILDS IN THURSDAY NIGHT AND FRIDAY WITH DRIER AND COOLER AIR.
WILL CONTINUE THE PREVIOUS TEMPERATURES FORECASTS.
