MORNING...ESPECIALLY ACROSS SOUTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA. NORTHWEST WINDS
OF 25 TO 35 MPH...WITH GUSTS TO 45 MPH ARE EXPECTED SUNDAY MORNING
BEFORE DIMINISHING SUNDAY AFTERNOON. AS WINDS BECOME LIGHT AND
VARIABLE SUNDAY NIGHT...THERE WILL BE A CHANCE OF FROST ACROSS
