A fast moving line of thunderstorms hit Quincy early Saturday morning causing widespread wind damage. Trees and power lines were down knocking out power to about 10,000 customers. Several homes and businesses suffered major roof damage. In several cases, the debris from the blown off roofs struck other buildings causing damage. Downed trees and limbs also struck buildings and vehicles causing damage.
