LEVEL JET AND SHORT WAVE. ALSO SMALLER AREA OF CONVECTION OVER SE WI
NEAR MILWAUKEE AND MOVING ESE. THETAE RIDGE OVER CENTRAL PLAINS
EXTENDS EAST TOWARD QUINCY AND CONVECTION TO DEVELOP IN THAT
