COLD FRONT LIES ENE-WSW ACROSS SCENTRAL IDAHO THIS AFTERNOON WITH
SCATTERED STRONG THUNDERSTORMS. VERY WARM AHEAD OF FRONT AND THESE
THUNDERSTORMS MAY GENERATE STRONG DOWNBURST WINDS. EVEN WITHOUT
CONVECTION WINDS HAVE REACHED 30-40 MPH GUSTS TO 50 MPH IN MAGIC
VALLEY. FRONTAL ZONE WILL MOVE ONLY SLOWLY SOUTH AND EAST REST OF
TODAY SO HAVE ISSUED WIND ADVISORY THROUGH EARLY EVENING IN MAGIC
VALLEY. POST-FRONTAL WINDS IN SERN OREGON ALSO REACHED SUSTAINED
30 MPH GUSTS 40-50 MPH FROM THE WEST PROMPTING ADVISORY THERE TODAY
AS WELL. THOSE CONDITIONS MAY APPEAR AGAIN MONDAY FURTHER EAST
(I.E., SNAKE BASIN EAST OF BOISE). MUCH COOLER MONDAY AS UPPER

The Weiser River North of Council in Adams County flooded into low-lying pasture areas as a result of heavy rain and snowmelt. In addition, the Weiser River in Washington County crested near it's flood stage of 12.0 feet.
