AVN MEX GUIDANCE FOR ATL AND AHN IS REALLY BAD TODAY. LOOKED AT
STATIONS AROUND THEM FOR TEMPERATURES AND POPS. ANY CHANGES OVER THE
NEXT 7 DAYS ARE MINOR. ATL 12Z SOUNDING WAS DRY ABOVE 10K FT. WILL
ADJUST POPS WITH RADAR IF NEEDED FOR TONIGHT BUT PRESENTLY INTEND TO
HAVE NO POPS OVER THE NORTH TO 20 PERCENT OVER THE SOUTH. SOME
INDICATION OF A WEAK LOW DEVELOPING ACROSS THE SOUTH ON WED AND DRIFT
TO THE NORTHEAST SO WILL CONTINUE THE 40 POPS SOUTH AND EAST TO 30
ELSEWHERE. LOW LEVEL FLOW CONTINUES LIGHT EAST TO SOUTHEAST WITH ONLY
A SLOW INCREASE IN MOISTURE THROUGH THE WEEKEND. WILL KEEP A DAILY
CHANCE OF SHOWERS OR THUNDERSTORMS. SURFACE AND UPPER LEVEL HIGH
CONTINUES TO PUSH OVER GEORGIA INTO THE FIRST PART OF NEXT WEEK. WILL
SHOW DRY WEATHER WITH A WARMING TREND FOR THE FIRST PART OF NEXT
WEEK.
