HANNA PROJECTED TO MAKE A MORE NORTHWARD TURN LATER TODAY THEN
HEAD NE AND INLAND TONIGHT (SEE LATEST NHC ADVISORY ON HANNA). AS
THIS TROPICAL SYSTEM MOVES INLAND, HIGH PRESSURE SURFACE AND ALOFT
CONTINUES TO BUILD OVER S FLA WITH WINDS SOUTHEASTERLY SURFACE AND
WINDS ALOFT GRADUALLY DEEPENING. SOMEWHAT DRIER AIR GRADUALLY MOVES
OVER AREA WITH SUBSIDENCE FROM THE UPPER RIDGE AS WELL TO LOWER
POPS. STEERING FLOW ENOUGH THAT E COAST METRO AREAS MAY BE SPARED
AFTERNOON ACTIVITY THOUGH AREAS JUST W OF THE PALM BEACH COAST MAY
BE VULNERABLE SATURDAY.

IN THE EXTENDED PERIOD, REMNANTS OF HANNA WILL BE CAUGHT UP IN LONG
WAVE TROUGH MOVING TOWARD THE SE U.S. THE UPPER RIDGE WEAKENS SOME
BUT REMAINS SETTLED OVER S FLA. A TROPICAL WAVE WILL MOVE INTO THE
BAHAMAS EARLY NEXT WEEK WITH MORE DRY EXPECTED OVER THE AREA AND
AGAIN SOMEWHAT LOWER POPS.

IN THE MARINE ZONES, SE FLOW TONIGHT 10 TO 15 KNOTS CONTINUING INTO
SATURDAY THEN BACKING TO MORE E SAT NIGHT AND SUN. WINDS DECREASE A
BIT INTO NEXT WEEK AND BECOME A BIT NE AS TROPICAL WAVE APPROACHES.
WILL COORD WITH EYW/TBW ABOUT OUTER COASTAL WATERS IN GULF DUE TO
HANNAS INFLUENCE.
