INSTABILITY IS FINALLY RELEASED BY BOUNDARY INTERACTIONS. DRY AIR
ACROSS N FL IS NOTED ON VIS SAT IMAGERY WHERE CU ARE BEING
SUPPRESSED. 15Z XMR SOUNDING SHOWS SIGNIFICANT DRY AIR IN THE LOW
LEVELS WITH -7/-8C AT H5 AND STRONG SOUTHERLY FLOW (30-50KTS) ABOVE
H5. BEST CHANCE FOR EVE CONVECTION WILL BE CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN
INTERIOR SECTIONS DUE TO BOUNDARY COLLISIONS. ATM APPEARS MORE
UNSTABLE ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE PENINSULA CLOSER TO THE UPPER
LOW.

WED...SFC RIDGE AXIS SLIPS TO SOUTH FL WITH UPPER LOW DRIFTING N
ACROSS THE FLORIDA BIG BEND. LOW FLOW (H9-H8) WILL BE WESTERLY NR 10
KTS ACROSS THE NRN 2/3 OF THE AREA WITH SW FLOW IN THE MID LVLS...
STRONGER ACROSS THE NRN CWA. NGM CONTINUES THE DRIEST OF THE SHORT
RANGE MODELS WITH PWATS BELOW 1.7 FROM METRO ORLANDO NORTHWARD. ALL
MODELS SHOW DEEPEST MOISTURE NEAR LAKE OKEECHOBEE IN THE 1.8-1.9
RANGE. MAY NEED TO TRIM FAR NRN SECTIONS TO A 30 POP BUT WILL KEEP
40 PCT AREAWIDE FOR NOW. SEA BRZ WILL BE DELAYED NORTH OF THE CAPE
BUT SHOULD DEVELOP DURING THE LATE AFTERNOON.

THU...UPPER LOW WILL DRIFT ONLY SLOWLY EAST TWD NE FL. LOW LVL FLOW

BRZ NORTH OF THE CAPE. WITH MORE DRYING WILL LOWER POPS TO 30 PCT.
SHOULD SEE SOME ENHANCEMENT TO LATE AFTN CONVECTION ACROSS FAR NRN
ZONES CLOSER TO VORTICITY MAX ASSUMING DEEP ENOUGH MOISTURE PAN OUTS
AND SEA BRZ DEVELOPS AS EXPECTED.

FRI...AVN SHOWS UPPER LOW BREAKING OFF ACROSS THE WRN GULF WITH
CONTINUED SW FLOW. ALTHOUGH THIS IS A USUALLY ABOVE AVERAGE FLOW
REGIME FOR PRECIP...THE USUALLY WET AVN IS SHOWING PWATS ONLY FROM
1.4 TO 1.5 FRI AFTN. WILL CONTINUE LOW SCT POP RANGE AROUND 30-40
PCT WITH AFTN SEA BRZ AGAIN DEVELOPING AND MOVING IN FURTHER SOUTH
OF THE CAPE.

EXTENDED...SAT-SUN...UPPER LOW AND SFC LOW PROGD TO MOVE WEST TWD
THE N CNTRL GULF. RIDGE BUILDS ACROSS THE SE STATES WITH NE FLOW
ALOFT BY SUNDAY. PWATS STILL PROGD BELOW NORMAL...SO WILL LEAN TWD
LOW SCT RANGE FOR AFTN/EVENING CONVECTION WITH SEA BRZS. MON-TUE...
