AN EASTERLY WAVE STARTS TO SPREAD DEEP MOISTURE BACK ACROSS THE STATE LATE MONDAY BUT MORE LIKE TUESDAY. THE RIDGE AXIS STAYS OVER NORTH OR CENTRAL FLORIDA THROUGH TUESDAY WHICH WILL KEEP THE BEST LOW LEVEL CONVERGENCE ALONG THE WEST COAST.
