WEAK LOW LVL WINDS WILL ALLOW THE ECSB TO FORM...BUT STRONGER SW FLOW ALOFT WILL PIN IT NEAR THE COAST. CONVECTION GETTING AN EARLY START OVER THE WRN PENINSULA WILL GRADUALLY PUSH INLAND...WHILE LOW CLOUD COVERAGE THIS MORNING WILL ALLOW AN EXTENSIVE CU FIELD TO DEVELOP BY MIDDAY.
