QUASI-STATIONARY SURFACE FRONT FROM JUST N OF KJAX TO CENTRAL AL.
HIGH PRESSURE ALOFT HAS PUSHED OFF MEXICAN COAST WITH NORTHWEST FLOW
OVER SOUTHEAST STATES. 1ST IN SERIES OF EMBEDDED SHORT-WAVES HAS
MOVED OFF SOUTHEAST GEORGIA COAST WITH LARGE OUTFLOW BOUNDARY
PROPAGATING SOUTH OVER SOUTHERN GEORGIA.

PUBLIC...
MODELS CONTINUE TO INCREASE AVAILABLE MOISTURE OVER NORTHERN FLORIDA
WITH PWATS RISING ABOVE 1.5 INCHES MOST AREAS BY THIS AFTERNOON. IN
ADDITION...INSTABILITY WILL REMAIN HI NEAR AND SOUTH OF SLOWLY
LIFTING FRONTAL BOUNDARY WITH FORECAST AFTERNOON LIS AROUND -4 OVER
NORTHERN FLORIDA COUNTIES. THESE FEATURES WHEN COMBINED WITH SEVERAL
DISTURBANCES IN NORTHWEST FLOW ALOFT AS WELL AS NUMBER OF LIFTING
MECHANISMS (I.E., AFTERNOON SEA-BREEZE DEVELOPMENT/ INTERIOR THERMAL
TROF) WILL TRIGGER SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS. AGREE WITH SELS THAT
THESE STORMS HAVE THE POTENTIAL TO BECOME SEVERE OVER NORTHERN
FLORIDA...BUT WILL BE HARD PRESSED TO PRODUCE SEVERE WEATHER OVER
SOUTHEAST GEORGIA WITH STRONG OUTFLOW BOUNDARY USHERING IN A MORE
STABLE AIR-MASS. CONDITIONS WILL IMPROVE FROM THE SOUTHWEST BEGINNING
THIS EVENING AS AFOREMENTIONED FRONTAL BOUNDARY LIFTS NORTH AND GULF
COAST SEA-BREEZE PREVAILS.

HOT AND DRY WEATHER THROUGH THURSDAY WITH SEVERAL LOCATIONS
EXPECTING NEAR RECORD HIGH TEMPERATURES. UPPER HIGH ADVANCES EAST
OVER THE GULF OF MEXICO AND BUILDS INTO THE SOUTHEAST UNITED STATES.
BREEZY CONDITIONS CAN BE EXPECTED EACH DAY. NEXT CHANCE FOR RAIN WILL
ARRIVE FRIDAY WITH APPROACH OF NEXT FRONTAL BOUNDARY.

IN LINE WITH CLIMO) WITH SLIGHT CHANCE FOR THUNDERSTORMS OVER
